本次项目地的厦门中山路作为承载城市记忆的百年商业街区，其独特的骑楼风貌与闽南红砖古厝文化，我们希望通过红砖、古厝、茶文化三大意象的表达，传达独属于“红瓶”的品牌基因。外立面提取闽南红砖厝的建筑符号，以现代解构手法重塑立面造型，错落的红砖肌理与金属框架形成新旧对话。室内天花采用古厝坡屋顶的语言，天花置入品牌“红瓶”基因，营造“屋檐下饮茶”的围合氛围。结合茶文化墙面，强化品牌在空间端的触点。

As a century old commercial district that carries the memory of the city, Zhongshan Road in Xiamen, the location of this project, has a unique arcade style and Minnan red brick ancient house culture. We hope to convey the brand gene unique to the "red bottle" through the expression of the three major images of red bricks, ancient houses, and tea culture. The architectural symbols of Minnan red brick houses are extracted from the exterior facade, and the facade shape is reshaped using modern deconstruction techniques. The staggered red brick texture and metal frame form a dialogue between old and new. The indoor ceiling adopts the language of the ancient sloping roof, with the brand's "red bottle" gene embedded in the ceiling, creating a surrounding atmosphere of "drinking tea under the eaves". Combining with the tea culture wall, strengthen the brand's touchpoints in the spatial end.
